We have been offering furnished short and long term accommodations in Vancouver and other parts of BC since 2004 and we are a well established, reputable company which is fully licensed, government regulated and insured.

Bottom line, piece of mind. Choosing a government regulated travel agency means that you are protected, your accommodation deposits are protected and your stay in British Columbia is protected. As EMR Vacation Rentals is licensed with Consumer Protection BC with license #31068 we are signatories to the Travel Assurance Fund. This fund was created so that if there ever was a serious issue and guest deposits had to be returned, the fund could supplement monies should the company be unable to pay. While this has not, nor ever will be and issue with EMR Vacation Rentals, it is nice to know there is that extra level of protection.
EMR Vacation Rentals is also a member of Tourism Vancouver in Good Standing. During the 2010 Winter Olympics, Tourism Vancouver chose EMR Vacation Rentals to be their preferred non-traditional accommodations providers and were the exclusive providers until months before the Olympics. Thanks to the many successes we experienced and the huge amount of experience we amassed during the Olympics, we now have the ability to handle any possible volume of visitors as it will never match the traffic we saw for 3 weeks during the Winter of 2010.
